From the "sutekon" (read about it
HERE), the site has marched on to under-slab insulation, and without further ado the steel reinforcement has been located, tied and ready to go for concrete encasing!
The structure engineer has been on site to ensure that the amount and spacing of steel reinforcement is as specified and adequate...... it is going even faster than the speed of model building!
